Our Chef Felipe awaits you in the kitchen of the Ulivo restaurant to teach you how to prepare Sa Fregula, a typical Sardinian pasta made with durum wheat semolina, Culurgiones, typical Ogliastra ravioli closed with the "sa spighitta" method, which precisely recalls the shape of the ears of wheat, and Pizza, the most well-known and loved Italian dish worldwide.
The lessons will be divided into 3 days: the first 2-hour lesson will be dedicated to the preparation of Sa Fregula, the second 2-hour lesson will be dedicated to the preparation of Culurgiones, and the third and final 2-hour lesson will serve to learn how to prepare Pizza.
Each lesson will last for 2 hours with a maximum number of participants limited to 3 people per course. It is also possible to attend just a single 2-hour lesson.
At the end of each lesson, you will be able to taste the dish prepared during the course accompanied by a glass of wine from the Castiadas cellar or a glass of Mirto offered by us.
The lessons will be mainly conducted in Italian or with basic English.
