Would you like to learn how to prepare some of Sardinia’s most iconic typical dishes?

The homemade pasta course organized by Cala Sinzias Resort is perfect for you!
Our pasta maker and pastry chef Mariangela, awaits for you in the pastry kitchen of S’Ollastinu Restaurant. She will teach you how to prepare Sa Prazzida, a characteristic vegetable-filled bread from our area, Culurgiones, typical Ogliastra raviolis closed using the “sa spighitta” method, which recalls the shape of ears of wheat, and Seadas, one of the most famous desserts on our island.
The first 2-hour lesson will be dedicated to the preparation of Sa Prazzida, the second 2-hour lesson will be dedicated to the preparation of Culurgiones and the third and final 2-hour lesson will teach you hou to prepare Seadas.
Each lesson could have a maximum of 3 participants. You can also attend just one 2-hour lesson.
At the end of each lesson, you can taste the dish you prepared during the course served together with a glass of wine or a glass of “mirto” offered by us.

*Course available in Italian language only;*The pasta maker will explain the receipts and preparations;;
*For each 2-hour lesson it is necessary to specify in advance which recipe you want to make;
*The base of some receipts may need to be elaborated in advance by our pasta maker.
